Team Leader-Consulting

  • Responsibilities
    Projects will be largely assignments which deliver Sales Excellence enabled by Technology
    (Observational Research, developing sales processes, sales policies, ways of working, conducting training programs etc.)A Team Leader-Consulting will be a part of the Project Delivery Team & will work closely with Lead Consultant & Project Manager throughout the assignment. Team Leader will also do Project & Client Management

    • Project acquisition phase: Understand client requirements, study industry data, write crisp, powerful & convincing proposals
    • Project initiation phase: Do data analysis, make field-visits to study as-is processes & generate business insights
    • Solution development phase: Work with the internal team & client team to develop solutions to the business problems
    • Project delivery phase: Develop reports, presentations, training program content etc. Train client teams
    • Project Implementation phase: Drive implementation for results
  • What are we looking for in a Candidate?
    • Experience
      • 5+ years post-MBA (Consulting or Sales Experience. No IT Work Experience)
    • Academics
      • MBA (Marketing) + B.E/B.Tech
      • Consistently good Academic Record
    • Knowledge & skills

A Sr. Instructional Designer & Project Manager will lead the e-Learning Team & act as a central point of contact for clients, project team & vendors to deliver e-learning programs (scenario-based) & Digital Sales tools

  • Responsibilities

    • Project acquisition: Understand client requirements, Perform needs analysis, Develop proposal/ approach note
    • Project initiation: Develop project plan, project scope & budget, Perform content analysis, Design instructional & assessment/evaluation strategy
    • Solution development: Work with the internal team & Client team to create ID Specification Document, Write scripts, Develop & review
    • Project delivery: Lead the e-Learning team for production, Review the developed modules and Ensure timely delivery
    • Project implementation: Monitor and ensure successful program implementation

    • Experience
      • 0-4 years for Graphic Designer & 4+ years for Sr. Graphic Designer
    • Academics
      • An Art-related or a Multimedia Course
